Anton Swain-Gil is the founding attorney of Swain-Gil Employment Law APC, a firm on a mission to protect and fight for the rights of California workers.

Anton has successfully represented numerous clients in cases involving unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. His extensive litigation and negotiation experience makes him a trusted advocate for those facing challenging employment issues.

Fluent in Spanish, Anton ensures his services are accessible to diverse communities. With a tenacious and strategic approach, he is deeply committed to securing justice and outstanding outcomes for employees across California.

Anton earned his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law (King Hall), where he was honored with the prestigious Order of the Barristers, on the 3rd Place Team at the 2017 American Bar Association National Law Student Negotiation Competition, and on the 1st Place Team at the 48th Annual Irving L. Neumiller Memorial Moot Court Competition. 

After law school, Anton worked first for the California Office of Legislative Counsel and later for several employment law firms in Southern California.  

Anton is admitted to practice in all California state courts and in the Central and Southern Districts of the U.S. District Court of California.
